He is also the co-founder of HSM, a leading company in Executive Education. During his tenure, he helped expand the company into more than 5 countries, including the United States.
Salibi possesses a rare combination in the development of Management concepts, thanks to his experience with the world’s greatest management names, and his practical knowledge from having successfully built a solid company that has lasted for four decades.
His name is immediately associated with the introduction of the key concepts of Contemporary Management in Brazil, transforming thousands of companies, executives, and entrepreneurs in the country.
Salibi worked and interacted for over two decades with all the major thinkers in management, such as Peter Drucker, Jack Welch, Jim Collins, Michael Porter, Philip Kotler, and global leaders like Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Al Gore, and Rudolph Giuliani.
Currently, Salibi works as a speaker at events throughout Brazil and is dedicated to helping companies and professionals reach their maximum potential and make decisions that can determine the future of their businesses and careers. In his autobiography, Professor Philip Kotler dedicates an entire chapter to Salibi’s work, calling him an “extraordinary businessman.” In 2021, he was elected to one of the 50 seats of the Brazilian Academy of Marketing.
He graduated from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina (USA) and earned an MBA in International Business from the same institution. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the school and, in 2009, received the highest honor given to an alumnus, the Distinguished Alumnus Award.
